All times are based on the time CLEARED funds are received and Checkout is completed.

Royal Mail - Orders are generally despatched within one working day of receipt of cleared funds. Orders received by 3.00pm will be shipped same day. Orders after this time are not guaranteed to leave same day. In the event that we are unable to meet this schedule, KrystalmagiK will email you with the expected despatch date.

Right to Cancel / Faults
  1. Buyers have a right to cancel their purchase (UK and EU only) within 7 days of receipt providing the item is complete (including packaging) and unused.
  2. Buyers are encouraged to begin mediation with KrystalmagiK as soon as any fault is found.
  3. After initial contact, KrystalmagiK will ascertain whether the item can be returned or replaced, or if in the case of a fault, if there is anything that can be done to cut expense.
  4. In the event of a return, please refer to the Returns Procedure.

Returns procedure

  1. In the unlikely event that an item has to be returned, please notify KrystalmagiK by email. Any returns sent without prior consent may/will delay any refund if applicable and/or incur extra costs.
  2. If you are returning the item under the Right to Cancel, you will be responsible for all postage costs and ensuring the item is returned. If it is agreeable to use KrystalmagiK's appointed carrier, then pickup can be arranged for a day to suit you (pending working times of said carrier) and all costs for said carrier will be deducted from the refund. i.e. If you are unavailable at the time of collection for any reason, you will become liable for that cost and any subsequent costs involved in picking the item up.
  3. If you are returning the item due to a fault as per the Sale of Goods Act 2002, KrystalmagiK will be responsible for all postage costs if a refund is required or the return cost if a replacement is required. You must also make the item available for collection. KrystalmagiK appointed carrier is available as per 2). It may be beneficial for you to return the item via the cheapest method.
  4. In ALL cases, if returning the item, you, the buyer, are responsible for the items safekeeping until such time as it arrives to KrystalmagiK. This is including but not limited to storage in your building and carriage during its return to KrystalmagiK. In the event that a carrier service is selected and a pick up date agreed and you have NOT made the items available for pickup and a subsequent pickup needs to be arrange, you will become liable to the value of that pickup.
  5. Upon receipt of said items. If the item was returned under the Right to Cancel, KrystalmagiK shall check the items. As long as the item is in a saleable condition, KrystalmagiK will restock and refund monies as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
  6. If the item was returned due to a fault, KrystalmagiK shall check the items. If the fault is agreed, KrystalmagiK will either refund monies or supply a replacement. In the event that the fault is not agreed, you will be informed and given the choice.
    a) Have the item returned to you by paying all extra expenses incurred over that already paid. Including postage (if applicable) for return from you and back again.
    b) Have a refund minus ALL costs paid out by KrystalmagiK. This includes but is not limited to postage & packing, eBay, Paypal, Bank and any other fees relating to this transaction.
  7. In all cases of refunds, KrystalmagiK will endeavour to do so as soon as possible, however, we reserve the right to refund within 30 days under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
